If you wish to reset your account login for your hosting account because your current one is not recognized after the outages of January 2015, please use this form. We ask that you provide us with the domain name associated with your account. If it is recognized, we will send you two emails. The first will provide you with your current administrator user name. In the second you will find a hyper-link to a page where you can request the resetting of your password. These emails will be sent to the 'password recovery' email address you provided us during the account's setup.Note that in the confirmation page for this request, we will provide you with what you need to identify which email address was used.
